Sesame fried rice

Pour beaten eggs in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil, quickly add the rice and fry.

Use the back of the ladle to make the rice and egg even, pounding it.

Fry while stirring the frying pan, and once the whole thing is even, add the kneaded sesame seeds and Chinese soup and stir further, mixing.

Once the aroma of the kneaded sesame is in the finish, season with salt and finish.
