Sesame fried rice
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan, pour the beaten eggs all at once, then quickly add the rice and stir-fry
Use the back of a ladle to beat the rice and egg together until evenly combined
Stir fry while swirling the frying pan until the mixture is uniform, then add the sesame paste and Chinese soup and continue to stir fry, mixing well
Once the aroma of the sesame paste comes out, add salt to taste and it's done
