Delicious broad bean ajillo

Use raw broad beans. Peel the skin and lightly boil them in water with salt (not included in the recipe) for about 15 seconds
Add some oil (not included in the recipe) to a heated frying pan, add salted pork cut into 1-2cm pieces, scallion oil, and chopped green onions and stir fry
Once the aroma of the salted pork and spring onions comes out, add the Shaoxing wine, Chinese soup stock, and bay leaves, and once everything is mixed, add the broad beans. Taste and add more salt if it is not salty enough
Once the broad beans are cooked through and the soup has thickened, remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish. Heat the fragrant oil in another frying pan and drizzle it over the top
