Ahijo with delicious flavour

The fresh beans are made from raw. Peel the thin skin and lightly boil it in hot water with salted water. Approximately 15 seconds is the guideline.

Put extra oil in a heated frying pan, add salted pork, scallion oil, and chopped long onions, and fry.

When the aroma of salted pork and green onions comes out, add Shaoxing wine, Chinese soup and bay leaves, and when the whole thing is mixed in, add the beans. Taste and if it doesn't taste enough salty, add salt.

When the beans are cooked and the soup is at a simmer, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Put the balm in another frying pan, heat it, and turn it over from above to complete it.
